Redness on the face can be caused by a variety of factors. I'm not a dermatologist but I will share some tips to reduce skin redness based on my experience:
1. When you try a new skincare or makeup product, check the ingredients and make sure it doesn't contain allergens. Some individuals may be allergic to fragrance, essential oils, and parabens.
2. Avoid using AHA, BHA, and retinol for a while. Focus on restoring your skin barrier.
3. Use products that contain soothing ingredients such as heartleaf, centella asiatica, madecassoside, aloe vera, mugwort, oat, panthenol, allantoin, willow bark, etc. I would mention some below.
4. Consult a dermatologist if your skin condition isn't getting better.

Every skin is different, So make sure to do swatch test of each product before directly applying it to your skin. For now you can try Aveeno Calm + Restore. Hope your redness reduce by the time.
