I only include the following in the content section:
1) I received this product for free from Picky and “Brand” in exchange for my honest review.
2) Name of product (incl brand name)
3) Required @ for brand and Picky
4) Required # for brand - #pickyxootd #ootd and #pickyreview #gopicky
I’ve never had any issues with approval process when I only include this info, as my video has text about my experience as does the written review I completed on the app.

Try delete the Picky App review. You are supposed to wait for the approval before posting the review on Picky App and Instagram. I did mine two days ago and it worked fine and I followed the steps (wait for approval first, then post on Instagram, then post on Picky)

It isn't getting rejected for what I am putting, it is getting rejected bcuz the app keeps deleting all of the content after I submit it. So it shows as blank, even when I entered the required info.

It does that for me too, but it still gets approved. Maybe double check to make sure that you have the latest update.
If so signing out of the app and forcing it closed might help
