I had reached out to them multiple times for a collaboration, but never got a reply. Then, on April 15, I finally received an email from them. And yes, it looked real — not one of those fake scammy ones we all get sometimes as creators. The email said it was a gifting collab, with a package worth $200 in exchange for five or more videos. That felt fair. I clicked the link, filled out the form (it was open only to creators from the US, UK, Canada, and I think Korea, i'm not sure), and replied saying I accepted. But… nothing. Weeks passed. I followed up — still nothing. And now it’s the end of May, and I never received the package. At first, I thought it was just me. But then I saw a viral TikTok where other creators said they got the same email — and they never got their packages either. We put in the work — planning, filming, editing — not just to get free items, but to build real partnerships with brands we admire. So it’s confusing when something like this happens, especially with a brand many of us genuinely love and respect. I’m still hopeful that I’ll get the chance to work with Mixsoon one day.
