Recommend a toner that works

I don't have a lot of experience with toners yet, so I'd like to know your personal recommendations! I have only used Anua's rice 70 ceramide milky glow toner, I believe it is working well on my skin, but I'd appreciate more insights 🩷

These have been by far my favorite! But if you are looking for a watery milky toner then I recommend you to try Scinic super moist essence, it's very lightweight.
