1. Use a medicated shampoo with ingredients like ketoconazole (e.g., Nizoral), selenium sulfide, or zinc pyrithione. 2. Avoid oiling the scalp for now — it might make the flakes worse. 3. Gently exfoliate your scalp once or twice a week with a scalp scrub or a brush made for that. 🧴 Shampoos with Ketoconazole (anti-fungal): • Nizoral A-D (available in pharmacies, Amazon) • DS Laboratories Revita Ketoconazole Shampoo (gentler, but effective) 🧴 With Salicylic Acid (exfoliates flakes): • Neutrogena T/Sal Therapeutic Shampoo • Eucerin DermoCapillaire Anti-Dandruff Shampoo

I'd recommend that you: 1. Use an anti dandruff shampoo. 2. Use a scalp massager after applying the shampoo to help remove the scalp buildup. 3. Avoid applying a conditioner on your scalp. 4. Make sure to wash your scalp, hair brush, and pillow case regularly.

An anti dandruff shampoo Also a clarifying shampoo once a week to remove any product build up , a scalp brush for sure can help , always double shampoo your hair because the first only cleanses the hair and not the scalp , glycolic acid toner like the my In.gredients 7% glycolic acid toner or the ordinary one applied to the scalp one a week or so and left on pre shampoo for about 20-30 minutes pre shampoo then shampoo and condition as normal can help Hope it helps
