Event Problems

I just saw the beauty of Joseon event on my event page although I didn’t receive an email telling me I won and my notifications on picky says I was not chosen for the event. What do I do?

It's probably a mistake. Just wait for now. and if it gets like a week and half close to the submission and you didn't receive the products then email them

It’s the same for me. I won but no email. I guess I will wait and see if the product gets delivered
