You should strictly use it once a day.
But if you’re just starting out with adapalene, you need to use it once a week first then slowly build up to 2-3x a week after a month.
Expected side effects for the first month would be purging, flaking and super dry skin. But it would go away after your skin has adjusted.
After 2 months you might wanna use it 4-5x a week depending if your skin can tolerate it. Results would vary but the standard for adapalene is 12weeks.
I highly recommend Dr. Dray’s adapalene videos and tutorials as well because its really in depth and it helped me a lot when I was just starting with it.
And don’t forget to wear your SPF everyday too!
Hope this helps!

Adapalene is the kind of product that will work with consistency and not frequency.
The more consistent you are with it, the more likely you’ll benefit from it
However, it’s too irritating to be used 2x a day! So just stick to once a day at night only and with time you’ll see the benefits 😄

Hi, I think you should really stick to once a day for adapalene, I’ve been using it for around a month and my skin can tolerate it but I only use it every other night:)
