Could you please share the email? I'm not too sure if it's real or not. The greeting isn't specific (it's just a hello) and usually brands don't pay. However I'm not too sure

the fact they have a brand intro attached and the email isn't @Gmail.com says to me its genuine, it's not unheard of for brands to pay a sum for content. Bear in mind by proceeding you grant them usage rights, so they'll be able to use it for marketing and they're only paying you £20. 7 days is also an especially tight turnaround but feel free to go for it!
