Payout on picky

Hello! Would love to know if how does payout works on picky? Im new to this app and already saved an amount that's ready for payout. Would like to ask if it would be fine if i use my dad's bank acc or does it need to be in my name or same to my personal information to be able to request a payout? Thank you so much!
