Picky don't connect my IG

I don't know why when i try to join the new spanish event i see this error... My IG account is connect whit Picky along time ago... I think. I try to contact help service of picky but this give me 'page not exist'

Check your IG setting under website permissions to see if Picky os still there. Also under 'your information & permissions', them 'your activity off Meta technologies ' has to look like this. (See picture). Mine was off & I was getting same as you
