Can anyone verify if this is a scam or not??! Please HELP

I was so excited to get a collab invite from glow recipe but when starting the onboarding, they hit me with this 315$ fee they say is fully refundable and what not. I've never heard of anyone having to pay fees like this before so I'm sure it is a scam! That being said, I am completely new to the game and maybe haven't seen or heard enough yet so I could definitely be wrong! I hope someone can verify for me!

100% a scam, they will never get you to pay a verification fee. Tbh you should never have to pay anything except maybe customs/import fees which are billed directly from the shipping companies (e.g., DHL). Another way to check if it’s a scam is to look at the email it is sent from, usually an official email will have @ the company’s name not gmail or hotmail, etc. If it looks too good to be true, unfortunately it likely is 😔 be safe and good luck!
