Help! Did I just get banned from Yesstyle Influencer Program?

So I woke up today and all my commissions were gone. I just purchased an order using the $100 coupon they gave me. I tried submitting a video review following all their guidelines using the account I linked with my Yesstyle Influencer Program but for some reason the link kept being invalid. So I posted it on another account and pasted that link to see if it would work and the link finally got valid. A few days after, all my commissions and status were gone. Lots of money gone. Without notice. I’m figuring it might have been that I submitted the video link that wasn’t from my other channel, but I mean I tried. For some reason I still kept earning points from random referred orders today, but only points, not commissions. Was I banned or just suspended? Will I ever get my money back?

yess i already did but im so scared they aren’t even gonna reply, tried messaging them before for another reason and they still haven’t replied to that 😭i have over 1000 USD worth of hard work in there
