Help with stubborn acne and post-acne marks!

"Hi Picky fam! 👋 I have oily and sensitive skin and recently I’ve been struggling with breakouts around my nose and chin. My skin gets easily irritated, so I’m careful with what I use, but I’m still seeing acne and post-acne dark spots in these areas. I’ve been using a gentle salicylic acid cleanser and niacinamide serum—they’ve helped a little, but progress is slow. Does anyone have suggestions for soothing yet effective products or routines that can help control oil, calm sensitivity, and clear spots around the nose and chin?
