The famous Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream — I’m sure you’ve seen it all over TikTok. Everyone was raving about how it clears inflammation and makes your skin baby-soft. Well… here’s my honest take: it’s not a bad cream. It does hydrate, and the texture feels nice. But if your skin is on the drier side, you might need to apply quite a bit to really feel the moisture. As for breakouts or inflammation — I didn’t notice any improvement at all. So overall, it’s just an okay cream. Decent for hydration, but definitely no “wow” effect like TikTok promised.
