Hi guys, does anyone ever had this problem about picky app and the brand? LIKE, I open the parcel from DPPR today, and my giveaway was supposed to be the DPPR's hyalcube flooding cream, but the one i got is DPPR PDRNCUBE Middle Shot 2000 Serum. Does anyone ever had this experience before? I had to submit my content in 17 more days. Does every giveaway come with Picky parcel? Please tell me it is, because the one I got has DPPR brand name on it. I was hoping i haven't got the parcel yet, and i was hoping this one was send by DPPR and not Picky. I was confused now and panicking, because I don't know where to report this since there is no tracking number was send by Picky to me

This one is through Picky. Plus there is no button or somewhere I could ask about it. I try to reach picky through submitting the ticket, but i know probably no answer or late

Hi this happened to me to! I received the same product as you instead of the flooding cream. I was going to just create content for this product instead and submit for approval? Not sure what else I can do…
