Can’t join events

I can’t join any events here, when I press complete, this pops up: “Please complete all required address fields” even though I filled all the fields. How do I solve this problem? I am a newbie here, I would appreciate your support. Please help me out. Thank you💖

I am also facing this problem and i have contacted the help desk but no response yet. Its becoming quite frustrating.
