I honestly don’t know. I’ve already sent 3 emails to the picky team because I find it strange that I haven’t even received the tracking information fo the product. Two weeks ago, they replied saying it would probably take 6 weeks to deliver, but looking at the event timeline we only have 8 days left to upload the content

Yeah, it’s really frustrating! I’ve emailed them too and just got the copy and pasted response they do to every question that says to check your spam folder. I even said in my email that I already checked my spam folder because I know it’s always what the robot responds. I think we just have to keep contacting them about it and hope at some point an actual human will read it and respond

Maria i receive today a tracking number, my product left korea just yesterday and tomorrow is the dead line 🫠🤌🏻

Thank you for the update! Still no tracking number on my end. Did they say anything to you about what happens if the deadline passes? Usually they say you won’t be penalized for delivery issues but to me they told me I WILL be penalized for future events

I was really exited because it’s my first event, but now I’m super worried. 🥲 I don’t know if the product will arrive in time, and if the deadline passes, it might be harder to get into another event
