I’m really disappointed and frustrated with how this campaign has been handled. I submitted my review screenshot for this product a long time ago, and still — no feedback, no confirmation, nothing. The deadline is almost here, and it feels completely unfair that I might lose my cashback reward just because no one on the team is responding. I’ve done everything I could: – I contacted the brand directly, – I wrote to the app’s support, – and I even sent messages on TikTok — but there’s been zero reaction. It’s really discouraging for creators who take deadlines and campaign rules seriously. We put in time and effort, and the least we deserve is basic communication and accountability from the platform.

I’m in the same boat as you. I even had my product delivered later so I was like well…in order for me to properly showcase the one week results that’s going to be difficult since i got it delivered later despite ordering immediately when I was approved for the campaign. The Talitha Koum directions were a little different than the usual Picky directions and I pointed that out to them that I know we are supposed to wait to post on TikTok but also we are now allowed up to five hashtags so I couldn’t add the picky hashtags. I’ve emailed maybe five times now. I know they just had a holiday and they can very well be backlogged this week but it’s just sad because I like you and others take this very seriously and now I’m afraid we will miss out on the cashback. I hope Picky understands and grants us a one time allowance for this.

Nope the money has not been credited to my account. Everything else is still under review despite submitting so …but zero. Nada. I contacted the brand and I’ll see if they can do anything. I don’t know. This is maddening. Someone else who sent their content days before me is still under review while mine went through but I’m late.
