The staining effect is more noticeable than expected. After application, the color intensifies over time. The product itself isn't overly pigmented, and its formula allows your natural lip color to show through, so the final shade may vary slightly depending on your lip tone. On my lips, it tends to appear somewhat reddish. It's incredibly hydrating and doesn't create that yogurt-like residue. Surprisingly, if you let it set for a bit, there's hardly any transfer. I also love applying it on my cheeks and around my eyes for a natural, healthy-looking flush - it's absolutely gorgeous!
