Misleading

Pretty ticked off with Picky- applied for an event that said you would win 1 tube of Centellian24 Madeca Cream. I get a notifications from the app I won. But then get an email saying this "Since this round is specifically for previous winners, we will not be shipping out new product for this campaign. Instead, we’d love for you to use the product you already have on hand and create a stitch TikTok video for the challenge." WHAAAT???? Nowhere on the event did it say this- i think i got it well over a year ago & don't have it anymore. Such a bait and switch. Plus there's no choice- you have to do it like a real event where uou get the product. What am I going to do- pretend put a cream on my face or else get an incomplete submission. Very angry
