IUNIK Sent me stuff and I didn't knew till it got to my door!!

So I filled a form that they had but honestly forgot about it because I fill a LOT of forms, and they didn't reach out to me, but I got a message from my courier telling me that Iunik was sending me a package, still I'm so grateful and happy💖, but because I didn't received an email I don't know what they expect from my content:( can anyone help me?

Same, I'm from Chile, my first collab was with VT Cosmetics and I got taxed:( that cost me my collab, luckily that didn't happen with this one
