tiny bumps on jawline! please help😭

I didn't know for sure since when I got these tiny bumps over my jawline, I think it appears like few days or a week ago🤔. I've never had this concern before and I didn't know what the causes and how to treat this. Can I get rid of this tiny bump on my lower cheeks? Please recommend some products or any advice for its😥. I used salicylic cleanser and put on neutrogena benzoyl peroxide at night to get rid the bumps

Make sure that your skincare didnt cause this. I usually use this product to get rid of tiny bumps, and I use up to 3 layers
