Here are some of my tips as someone with the same skin type as you
1. Start with mild ingredients like Ceramides. I recommend ATO, if you are dry skin go for the gel type one
2. Always double cleanse, may it be with a balm or oil. Safest bet is the Heimish All Clean Balm, been using that since 2019
3. Simplify your routine. Just do CTSM, plus sunscreen during the day. Roundlab Birch Sunscreen is a good one!
4. If your planning to use actives, start with a small percentage. And always patch test.
5. Don’t use new products at the same time. Let your skin breath, give it about 2 weeks per item. That way you’ll know which product works well or which one irritates your skin.
Sorry if this is too long hehe Hope it helps!

One of my friends has very sensitive skin. She tries to patch test anything new for a couple of days before applying large amounts
Keeping your routine simple like TheGeekyBeaute said is also soooo important! Even my skin, which normally isn’t too sensitive, can sometimes get irritated or flair up if I’m more excessive with what I’m putting on my skin
Using one new product at a time is also a good idea if you are starting to add them to your routine. This way if you react poorly to something, you know exact what it is that’s bothering you
And watch out with exfoliating because even rubbing a wash cloth on your face can irritate skin. Patting is a good way to help this. If you do exfoliate, start out with once a week at first. I know some people who will do it 3 times a week, but for me it causes my skin to break out so badly and I’m not sure how people can exfoliate that much and feel okay
I hope something in this helps! 🤍
