I usually buy at beautymnl since mas mura yung ibang the ordinary products don. Meron din akong finafollow sa shopee, skincarebudmnl-- sells wide range of products like cerave, klairs, the ordinary, innisfree, etc. May freebies din kada order and the seller is very responsive. Sa price naman okay siya pero na compare ko na mas mura yung ibang products sa beautymnl. Also, meron ding helloseoulph for innisfree and other Korean products, marami silang binibentang samples which is v affordable and pinakamurang afaik.

If you have specific brands in mind, better buy from their official shops (usually they give more freebies too 😉), but I personally buy from legit one stop shops to save (coz shipping's costly) so I recommend Suisui PH and Go Bloom and Glow. ❤
