Who else didn’t receive Skin1004 set?

I’m really worried everyone else already received products from this program but not me. Support is not really helpful, saying I should just wait and it’s not gonna affect on further participation eligibility…Checked if my address was correct many times and never had a problem with delivery to here. It’s also my first program on picky😩
