One more thing I’m confused about: the event description says “enjoy it at no charge”, but the email says we still have to pay for shipping, and that Picky won’t reimburse it????

Im having the same issue. Its not working for me either. I just got the email so i'm not sure if I need to wait twenty four hours or something.

I’ve actually worked with YesStyle several times before, and usually the process is very straightforward. I normally receive an email with a direct product link, and I just have to enter the code at checkout – super easy and uncomplicated.
That’s why I’m really confused this time. When I click on the code link in the email, it only redirects me to a delivery/shipping page, and I don’t see any products or a clear way to apply the code.
This is not how it usually works for me with YesStyle, so I’m not sure what’s going wrong here.
