I finally won my firts event but...

I can't claim the product on YesStyle. I've emailed Picky but haven't received a response yet. What can I do? Has anyone here been able to order it?

I had the same issue, one of the creators had a status on here help, maybe scroll back a bit, she provided brand invitation
