I have done my reviews and it says incomplete on my page . Why?and picky is no longer picking me for anything.

Why dose it say incomplete on my page on the products I have received , I did all the reviews for each of them? And I think that’s why picky is no longer picking me for anything. Can anyone tell me what I’ve done wrong?
