“Need Help with a Delayed Product Delivery” 😭😭😭

I hope you’re all doing great.
I wanted to share that I’m currently having an issue with a product delivery. There was a logistics problem with the courier: the package was delayed, and since I wasn’t home at the time of delivery, an error occurred during the process.
The issue is that I still don’t have the product in hand, and I only have a few days left to upload my review. This makes me really worried because I already contacted support a few days ago and haven’t received a response yet, and I don’t want this situation to affect my account or cause any issues, especially since this has never happened to me before. It’s my first time receiving a product, and unfortunately, this happened.
I wanted to ask you:

👉 Is there any method that gets a faster response?
👉 Do you have any tips or tricks you could recommend?
