Sensitive-skin friends, I need your advice 💚

I used Anua Heartleaf + BHA Cleanser for the first time today. The texture felt nice and it cleansed well, but after washing my face, every product I applied started to feel like it was burning 😭 I didn’t use any new products today except this cleanser. Please share your experience or tips on what I should do next 🙏 Should I stop using it for now or give my skin time? Sensitive-skin friends, I need your advice 💚

That’s strange because heartleaf is soothing not irritating. I normally put some in my hands lather out all over my face rubbing around oily areas for 20-30 secs then add water to emulsify for another 30-40 secs then wash off. Never had any issues. Maybe because of BHA ( which is an exfoliant) you’re skin felt slightly irritated? What products are you using after? Maybe they’re strong or have perfume in them. I even use retinol after mine and no issues. Maybe your skin is too sensitive. Without knowing your skin I can only guess. Which is not the right way. But answering your question, no I have no issues with that cleanser.

Try not to use VT reedle shots next time and see if your skin feels any different. Because BHA and spicules from VT maybe your skin can’t take both. Let me know how you get on x
