📣 Event Rules Update

Hi Creators! We truly appreciate everyone who consistently applies and completes campaigns with us. Your effort is what keeps Picky running as a trusted community for both creators and brands. We want to keep things fair for everyone, and we’re introducing a new participation policy. ➡️What's changing • If a creator doesn't complete 3 campaigns in a row, their account will be temporarily suspended for 3 weeks. • During this suspension period, you won’t be able to apply for or join new campaigns. • You can still submit content for any ongoing campaigns you’ve already joined, as long as the event is not closed. • You will be notified if you're at risk of being suspended if you fail to complete 2 campaigns in a row. • Once the suspension ends, you’re welcome to participate again as usual. ➡️Why we’re doing this We understand that things happen — delays, shipping issues, or personal schedules. However, repeatedly receiving products without completing campaigns impacts brands and other creators who are waiting for opportunities. ➡️This policy helps us: • Protect fair access to campaigns • Keep strong trust with our brand partners • Ensure opportunities go to active, committed creators ❗️A quick reminder To avoid getting suspended, complete your events on time and keep your completion rate high! If you ever run into an issue that prevents you from completing a campaign, please let us know by contacting support@gopicky.com, and we will assess your situation. We’re always happy to help when we’re informed. This policy will take effect starting January 23, 2026. I’m so confused- I never received one single product… I click to apply for events today and it says my account is at risk for being suspended??? Makes no sense?

How about if the product was not delivered at all and the deadline passed. Will this be considered or penalised? Because in my event there is one product which was never delivered to me. Will this restrict me from winning the event? I was quite wondering these days why I hardly wins any event.

Same girl! If your anything like me I basically been applying for a year straight not a single product was sent, deadlines passed- now my account says I’m at risk for being suspended. Literally over this app atp

So in this case, im hoping we’re going to have better communication regarding tracking numbers and delays? Theres been multiple times with many creators who have gotten wrongfully penalized for not completing an event due to delivery errors out of their control and despite reaching out regarding this issue…no response or communication on the picky teams end :/

I appreciate the opportunity you are giving us, and I am giving my best effort. I never received two packages, so I sent emails but didn’t get help. Thank you because I was able to complete one of my campaigns after insisting, and I finally received the product. I hope this won’t affect my eligibility for new campaigns or result in a suspension. Thank you for the opportunity.✨🙏
