I would suggest clicking on the submit button, scrolling to the bottom of the page and click “Having trouble? Report an issue” button. A popup will appear and you can select “I didn’t receive my product”

However the Support from creating this ticket is useless most of the time. There is either no answer beyond a canned automated message or if they respond it could be weeks later with them either asking do you need assistance or just repeating what was in the automated message you got when you created the ticket.
