Hi everyone, I had to pay around €10 when receiving my Dr.G campaign products. Did anyone else have to pay an additional fee? Do you know if the Picky team will reimburse this payment? Thank you! Ammara

I dont think picky will reimburse the payment 😭 it sucks that we have to pay customs and extra fees ourselves ;(
