Centellian24 Collab again

Got another email to claim. Tried clicking the link, tried entering the coupon code in my basket yet nothing works. Tried opening in multiple browser..still not able to claim, I'm getting the same error message as previous Collab. This will be my 2nd Collab if I'm not able to complete this :( Picky team please help your creators out.
