I am having same issue but with different product. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service since last month but unfortunately no one get back to me . At this point , i don’t know how many tickets i have opened for this issue but never got any response.

I finally got a message back from Picky Customer Service about a message I sent them one month ago.
Contact them immediately!
Don't be surprised if they don't answer you in a timely manner! 🙁

Wow that is an incredibly long time to wait for an answer!! It’s unacceptable, and I really hope I don’t get penalized for not receiving my product. This was my first win so I thought maybe I was just doing something wrong but now I see I’m not the only one. 😞
