What Do I Do!?!

I got picked for the Mary&May spicule PDRN cream duo event but I haven’t received any product yet. The deadline is march 31 and we need 10 contents posted by then. I’m getting nervous that I’m running out of time. But I can’t create anything without the product. Does anyone have any advice??🙏🏼🙏🏼💔

I’m in the same boat and I just reached customer service as well to ask, there was an automated message that they will reach me back

I am having same issue but with different product. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service since last month but unfortunately no one get back to me . At this point , i don’t know how many tickets i have opened for this issue but never got any response.

I finally got a message back from Picky Customer Service about a message I sent them one month ago. Contact them immediately! Don't be surprised if they don't answer you in a timely manner! 🙁

Wow that is an incredibly long time to wait for an answer!! It’s unacceptable, and I really hope I don’t get penalized for not receiving my product. This was my first win so I thought maybe I was just doing something wrong but now I see I’m not the only one. 😞
