Who has the same problem?

Hallo girls. I’ve ven selected for this campaign but i never received tracking number email and never received a package. I have to submit content in 3 days but I’ tried to send messages by email to Picky support but they never answer it.

Same-they didn’t send me tracking information .i checked my mailbox and the product was there. I got an email on March 17 saying they have sent my product but I already got the product and I have completed the event . So I don’t know if the email they send again is a mistake ! I will advice you check your mailbox
