Products aren’t arriving on time

Hiii girls, is anyone else having the same problem as me? 😔 They didn’t send me the tracking number by email, and now the product is also late. I already contacted Picky customer service, but I haven’t received any response yet. I’m also worried about being blacklisted because of this. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what I should do? Please help 🙏

I had the aame problem with AXIS-Y event. Someone here told me to create an account on picky shop and I will be able to see if there's something shipped. This is the website https://shop.gopicky.com/account I hope it helps

Same thing here, one event is passed the deadline and another deadline is tomorrow. I purchased one products myself on Amazon and will post the review, but another one is a set from CLIO , I can't buy that... It happened to me once before like 6 months ago and I purchased on Amazon and did my review on time. The cream arrive eventually like a month later. I think it might be happening because I'm in US. Are you located in US as well?
