Centellian delayed delivery

Does anyone accepted on this campaign and not receive the product even until now? Last time they sent me email confirmation about shipment but there’s no tracking numbers in it. And i emailed them to give me the track numbers they don’t respond it at all :( And it’s already D-9 till the deadline ㅠㅠ it’s my first time having delayed package

I’m sick of them since last december actually they did me dirty by not giving any campaigns and lower my tier when actually the fault is on them by not reviewing my content fast so it made me look like i’m the one who late submit itㅠㅠ suddenly they gave me 3 campaigns this month and this is what happened 🙃🙃
