 Ellos han tenido problemas durante los últimos dos meses con toda la logística, el envío, etc. de los productos y lo peor de todo es que si uno no sube el contenido nos quieren penalizar

I have emailed them maybe 10 times

Still haven't received the product and today is the deadline.picky support team didn't respond to emails.
Any one here is same situation. Looks like my account will go into penalty..so sad..
