Rosemary water

Hi Guys this isn’t about any brand! But I would love to ask a question, I’ve recently been researching old ways for haircare. Here by i came across rosemary water with mint and cloves does it actually help to make your hair healthier and increase hairgrowth? (Asking this because my fiance is balding at 26y/o this has been building since he was 16!)
