Same problem with 2 event and I have email them also but no response 

They never responded to me just we have heavy numbers of emails I got this email

Hi, same here. It appeared in my task. Then I went to check email, on 4th May they sent email with code . Just scroll to bottom 

Update ....its in transit and picky sent a corrtt email ..

I have got no email that I am selected , yet it is in my tasks now and I have no link , no code to claim it .
