Has anyone else had a issues with this event?

The code that was sent to me to get this from yesstyle . Isn't working , I wrote yessytle and they said it wasn't from them so nothing is being done.. I wrote picky still waiting on a reply! This is due in a few days 😫

Yes, that what I get to, iver tried many times and even wrote them and they said that wasn't from them I dont understand
