The issue is started by its own co-founder, Susan Yara. She did the reviews of the naturium products without exposing the fact that she was the co-founder and called it as pr packages. 🙃
And what's make it worst is that she did a review on The Ordinary products and basically trashed them without no solid arguments. She said the ordinary didn't spend much on the promotion and how the ingredients are pretty much straight forward etc.
She didn't disclosed the fact she is the co-founder of Naturium and the review is done when Naturium is about to launched. Basically, she manipulated her followers and downgrade other brands to bring up Naturium.

Interesting. I wasn’t aware there was a drama behind it. Before I bought the products I use, I’ve always known it was co-founded/founded by Susan Yara. I love their Vit. C serum though.
It just feels like a few beauty/skincare brands will have their own dramas now and then, so it’s quite common. That TO drama years ago was a wild ride.
