Hi! I’m having the same issue. I’ve already seen several people mention this as well. I received an email saying that my product had been delivered and that it was time to submit my video, but I haven’t received anything. I also haven’t gotten any shipping confirmation, tracking information, or emails saying the product is being processed or on its way. 💔
