How to Contact Picky?

Aloha beautiful people! I have a problem with one of the campaign products. It was return for an address issue. I have been contacting Yesstyle since the product goes with Yesstyle and I have been reaching out with Picky too. I have not gotten any response from both for almost a week. I tried contacting them again yesterday but no replies still. I don’t want to lose my tier because of it. Any ideas OTHER ideas on how to connect with them? Thank you!
