Which product has damaged your skinbarrier?

this isn’t really a product, but i guess everyone already know what it is.... diy skincare 😩 especially lemon or coffee! my skin was at it’s worst condition so i say no to diy skincare

For me it was overexfoliating and at the same time using aha-bha on damp skin while I wasn't used to it/ and not washing off benzoyl peroxide correctly=that was the worst because it also made my skin super dry

Many years ago I was a stupid child with a lack knowledge about skin care. And I thought that my oily skin needs products with alcohol.

urm i still didnt find what products broke my skin's barriers as my skin quite resilient. so toothpaste actually damaged its 🙂😆
