Here are just some of my tips about using this strong peel, especially since you might be new to acids: •start slow - I know the package says 1/2 times a week but I really suggest maybe once every two weeks to start with, especially if you have more sensitive skin sometimes. Overuse can lead to a damaged skin barrier, and cause more breakouts. You can build up your use overtime. •SPF - sun protection is so key with this product, whether you are outside or inside. This is a potent formula that includes a really high concentration of exfoilaition for the skin. Without sun protection, you risk reducing the benefits of using this in the first place. I would suggest using the peel at night! •conflicts with other acids - make sure to not use this product with other acids. This includes other BHAs, AHAs and ascorbic acid. This increases chance of irritation, and can be too much for your skin to handle. •stinging - I know many people say “it stings but it’s okay”. If it genuinely stings too much and worries you on your face, please do rinse, or reduce the amount of time you keep this on. The ideal time is ten minutes but to start, perhaps do 5 minutes and build it up from there. •hydrating routine - make to use hydrating products and a thick moisturiser after using this peel. The exfoiliation can really dry out your skin, and moisturising can help combat that. It also helps reduce irritation chances by protecting your skin. •purging or irritation - know the differance, especially with a product this strong. It is normal to purge with this to begin with, but some confuse irritation with purging. If breakouts end up appearing in places where you don’t break out usually, and are quite painful, consider stopping use of this product, or once again try using it less.

Definitely use it at night only 😱 and not too frequently, best to only reach for it once a week. Use it after wash, but on dry skin. And wash it off after 10 mins, tho if it’s your first time, it’s best to wash it off after 3 mins and see how your skin reacts to the peeling of such strenght. You can go with your routine afterwards, but i would not use any actives afterwards, except maybe hyaluronic acid and niacinamide. Using some soothing, calming products can be nice. And don’t forget the moisturizer afterwards 🙏🏻

Considering your skin is new to exfoliants, I'd be extra careful. Do the peeling at night and only leave it on for a few minutes before washing it off. I'd say if your skin is OK, use it again after two weeks and then see if once a week is ok. If you're in a significant amount of pain or notice a bad reaction, immediately wash it off and stop using it. This product can cause chemical burns on inexperienced skin. I love this peeling but one has to be careful. Good luck and enjoy! ✨

Dear don't be afraid of this product! It can do wonders if you are using it right and if your skin can tolerate it. I would recommend starting it slow, once a week to begin with. When you are first trying out, don't leave it on face for 10 minutes. Instead do it for 3-5 minutes first to see if there is any irritation or reaction. If it tingles, it is normal. If it burns, then your skin is not ready to take it. After washing off the peel, follow up with moisturizing skincare. Avoid adding retinols, vitamin C or other acids in the same routine as it can cause irritation Sunscreen in the morning!

If you have never used chemical peelings please be careful. Load an of people have burned because of the use of this product. Start with a 2 minutes usage and wash it off. Never more than 10 minutes and no need to use more than once a week. Good luck!
