I'm following because I just put my first order ever with them
In their site they write the following to the question
Should I pay customs fee or tax?

We always declare packages as GIFT and $5 value.
We do our best to avoid this situation, but we cannot guarantee it will not get caught on customs.
If some charges occur, it is the buyer's responsibility since it is beyond our control.
If you feel uncomfortable with additional customs charges, you can reject the package.
We will fully refund once we receive the package back.

Hmmm haven't experience like this because mine always arrive and didn't have the problem with their claim as a gift.
