Serum pipette touching your skin

Hello pickers! Here comes your daily reminder to NOT rub your serum pipette on your face. I know it may sound more convenient and look better on a TikTok, but please don’t. The whole point of using a pipette is to ELIMINATE the transfer of bacteria. So when you let the pipette touch your face you transfer lots of bacteria to it and into the product resulting in bacteria growth. Don’t let yourself be fooled by skinfluencers who touches their faces with the product dropper. 💙

There was a post some days ago about it not being as dangerous (backed by a scientist) as we‘d think BUT still better be safe than sorry 😬

I've started commenting on Instagram posts where companies share Instagramers videos in which this occurs. That stupid Instagramers do it, I can live with. But that companies, that know about preservatives in products, formulations and so on promote this nonsense, I just really can't witness wiotouth intervening. It's disgusting, it's stupid, looks idiotic. Therefore, stop promoting it!!! Hellmann's will never promote a video in which you lick a spoon and put it back in the jar, right??? Well.. This is same.
