Wait for it to dry. Its how I do it and so far applying moisturizer is fine after. I do agree about applying on your nose first to try. Applying the T-Zone area is preferable.

You really should wait a good 15/20 minutes for it to set before layering over it. Chemical exfoliants are most effective when given time to set with the PH uninterrupted. Thatβs why they should be applied on bare clean skin or after a toner, not after any other products that would alter the PH of your face. Applying a product over it too soon could reduce the effectiveness.

I wait like a minute or two.
It really depends how much you have on and how well your skin absorbs. I wait till at least it dries a bit.
I tap gently to allow it to absorb better

Actually it's up to you,After exfo mandatory use moisturizer And the skin must be kept moist
If the exfo toner feels absorbed, you can apply your moisturizer
